The CARAVAGGIO is a luxury holiday mobile home directly on the beach mt. 12 x 4, plus a glass veranda mt. 3 x 4 in addition to a spectacular sun terrace overlooking the sea mt. 4 x 4 on the roof of the house. The maximum capacity of the house is for 6 persons and is made up of: one bedroom with double bed mt. 2 x 2, TV and private bathroom with WC, sink and shower, a bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds, an accessible bathroom with WC, bidet, sink and shower, living room with sea view and double sofa bed, TV fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The house has air conditioning hot/cold and hot water production with
GEOTHERMAL renewable energy, WIFI access.

The price includes: rent, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels (change every 7 days on request) satellite TV, air conditioning, WIFI access, 1 car park, swimming pool access.

The price does not include: Kitchen linen to be brought by clients.Possible tourist tax and VAT increase to pay directly on the spot.

Arrival: after 5.00 p.m. Departure: before 9.00 a.m. Payment: on  arrival.   Minimum stay 7 nights: 02.06 – 01.09 Minimum stay 4 nights: 31.03 – 02.06 / 01.09 – 04.11 For Shorter stays the management will apply a supplement of € 70.  Pets: allowed (€ 30 a week for each animal). Cancellations

Any reservation confirmed before 31.03 can be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. The adeposit payment will be refunded less € 30,00 as fees. For all the other reservations confirmed with a deposit after 31.03, we list the following cancellation fees: - within 7 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the total deposit will be returned  to the client; - with a warning lower than the 7 days before the day of arrival there will be not any refund of the paid amount. We would like to remind you of the very easy system we adopt regarding payment by credit card.
