DA VINCI DESIGN SUITE is a luxury mobile home 11,00 x 4,00 mt. for max 6 people located directly on the beach.Inside the mobilhome: a double room with a bed mt. 2,00x2,00,a fully equipped private bathroom, with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, TV Sat, 1 twin bedroom, 2 fully equipped private bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, 1 living room with sea view with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, dish washer, microwave oven, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating. Outside the mobilhome: a veranda overlooking the sea 5,00x3,00 mt. with table, chairs and sofa, gas barbecue, private parking.

The price includes: rent, bed linen and towels (change every 7 days), final cleaning, TV SAT, heating/air conditioning, n.1 parking lot, unlimited Wi-Fi internet access.

The price does not include: Kitchen linen to be brought by clients.Possible tourist tax and VAT increase to pay directly on the spot.

Cancellations

Any reservation confirmed before 31.03 can be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit payment will be refunded less € 30,00 as fees. For all the other reservations confirmed with a deposit after 31.03, we list the following cancellation fees: - within 7 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the total account will be given back to the client; - with a warning lower than the 7 days before the day of arrival there will be not any refund of the paid amount. We would like to remind you the very easy system we adopt regarding payment by credit card.
