Shorter stays the direction will apply a supplement of € 30.


The price includes: rent, bed linen and towels (change every 7 days), final cleaning, TV SAT, heating/air conditioning, n.1 parking lot, unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, barbecue, Swimming pool.

The price does not include: Kitchen linen to be brought by clients.Possible tourist tax and VAT increase to pay directly on the spot.

Pets: allowed (€ 30 a week for each animal).

Any reservation confirmed before 31.03 can be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit payment will be refunded less € 30,00 as fees. 

For all the other reservations confirmed with deposit after 31.03, we list the following cancellation fees:

- within 7 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the total account will be given back to the client;
- with a warning lower than the 7 days before the day of arrival there will be not any refund of the paid amount.
