The Tintoretto is a very comfortable holiday mobile home mt. 8,30 x 4 with a wide terrace of mt. 6 x 2,5 immersed in a pine wood with large green spaces available, ensuring a peaceful holiday in privacy.  The maximum capacity of this home is  6 persons and is made up of: a double room with private bath with sink, WC and shower, a bedroom with two bunk beds and one single bed, an accessible bathroom with sink, WC and shower, a living room with single sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.The house has air conditioning hot/cold and hot water production with Geothermal renewable energy, WIFI access, outside gas barbeque, outdoor garden (32m²).

The price includes: rent, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels (change every 7 days on request) satellite TV, air conditioning, WIFI access, 1 car park located in a separate area, swimming pool access.

The price does not include: Kitchen linen to be brought by clients.Possible tourist tax and VAT increase to pay directly on the spot.

Cancellation

Any reservation confirmed before 31.03 can be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. The account payment will be refunded less € 30,00 as fees.  For all the other reservation confirmed with a deposit after 31.03 we list the following cancellation fees: - within 7 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the total account will be given back to the client; - with a warning lower than the 7 days before the day of arrival there will be not any refund of the paid amount.  We would like to remind you the very easy system we adopt regarding payment by credit card.
