Holiday Village Florenz has brick structure bungalows situated by the sea or directly behind the dunes. Custom made solutions for your every need.

Bungalows in bricks directly on the beach:
One-room apt. of about 20 sqm. for 4 people, made up of 1 master bedroom, one bunk bed, cooking corner, living room with satellite TV, unlimited wi-fi connection, bathroom with shower and WC. covered veranda with table and chairs.
Bungalows in bricks behind the dunes:
Double room apt. of about 25 sqm. for 4 people, made up of 1 master bedroom, double sofa bed, cooking corner, living room with satellite TV, unlimited Wi-fi connection,air condition/heating(8 hours including for a day – extra hours € 1,00) bathroom with shower and WC. covered veranda with table and chairs.

Arrival/Departure: free.
Arrival: after 5.00 p.m.
Departure: until 9.00 a.m.
Payment: on  arrival.

Minimum stay 7 nights 02.06 – 01.09
Minimum stay 4 nights 31.03 – 02.06 / 01.09 – 04.11

Shorter stays the direction will apply a supplement of € 30. 

The price includes: rent, bed linen and towels (change every 7 days on request), final cleaning, TV SAT, heating/air conditioning(8 hours including for a day – extra hours € 1,00), n.1 parking lot, unlimited Wi-fi internet access, Swimming pool.

The price does not include: Kitchen linen to be brought by clients.Possible tourist tax and VAT increase to pay directly on the spot.



Pets: allowed (€ 30 a week for each animal).

 26.05 – 16.06 : 10% Off

01.09 – 08.09 : 10% Off

08.09 – 04.11 : 30% Off
Cancellation

Any reservation confirmed before 31.03 can be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit payment will be refunded less € 30,00 as fees. For all the other reservation confirmed with a  deposit after 31.03, we list the following cancellation fees
- within 7 days prior the arrival day, 50% of the total deposit will be given back to the client;
- with a warning lower than the 7 days before the day of arrival there will be not any refund of the paid amount.
